Total stalk removal. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, (22-25ºC) during 10 days.
Tasting Notes
Bright ruby color. Intense nose with notes of fresh fruit, wild berries and floral light. Very soft in the mouth with a sweet tooth tannins. Easy and straightforward.
Food Pairing
Ideal with grilled meat and pasta.
