Tasting Notes
Citrus color. Citrus aroma with grapefruit notes and some minerality. Tropical and citrus notes in the mouth with a vibrant, Atlantic-influenced acidity.
Food Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with shellfish and pasta.
Remarks
Keep the bottle lying at a temperature of 45ºF. Serve at 45ºF
