Manual harvest for boxes of 18kg. Total destemming. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days. Ageing 14 months in american and french oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Opaque in color. Very complex aroma with notes of violets, black fruits, tobacco and spices. Very rich in the mouth, bulky and very persistent finish.
Food Pairing
Ideal with red meat, roasted and game dishes.
Remarks
Decant the wine 30 minutes before serving. Serve at a temperature of 63ºF
